Excellent service. I had a beer glass engraved for my uncles Christmas present. I dropped the glass off and it was ready for me within 15 minutes. Excellent quality, very happy with my product.

Dear sir/madam,

I was in the store on Saturday 21st Dec, and was purchasing a bottle of port as an xmas gift, paul from the engraving service approached and informed me of the service. I made the purchase and paul engraved the bottle. 

The service was superb, prompt and the attention to detail brilliant, even wrapping the bottle up to prevent damage from the cradle it is intended to sit on 

Would wholeheartedly recommend using his service again and hope to see them in John lewis again sometime.
